1. Check your spam folder

2. Check any automatic folders or tabs your email client sort email into (e.g. the "Promotions", "Updates" or "Social" tabs in gmail)

3. If you still don't find the email after trying step 1 and 2 above, send an email to christian(*at*)cke.no

In order to make sure that all qualifying participants receive the correct amount, we will distribute the subsidy for the plane tickets manually after the event. This will be done in the form of a refund or direct transfer to the qualifying participants.

You will be informed of which hotel you are assigned to at the latest upon arrival, if not earlier. However, the final accommodation logistics will be made after the second payment has closed and the participant lists are confirmed.
